As a cinematographer, I am fascinated by the potential of narrative in film. I believe that the subtlety of cinematography allows the story’s arc to evolve, but can also emphasise the actors development of emotions through the simplest yet most significant uses of light and composition. The creative process, for me, is a real dedication to the discovery of unique filmmaking techniques, and I fully believe that we have not reached the potential that cinematography has to offer.
